Our Recruitment Process
We value transparency and want to ensure every candidate is as prepared as possible so have clearly outlined what to expect from our recruitment process
-
To apply for one of our roles you will need to submit a CV, and on occasion a cover letter via our recruitment system. Click the apply button on any of our adverts to begin your application.
Once your CV has been submitted, your application will be reviewed by our Talent Acquisition Team, and the Hiring Manager. Your CV and cover letter will be assessed against the criteria outlined in the job description and person specification to determine suitability.
When all applications have been received, our team will shortlist the most suitable candidates. You will then be notified whether you are being invited to attend an interview, or if your application hasn’t been successful. If you are unsuccessful at this stage, we are open to providing feedback where possible.
Before you apply be sure to visit our Hints and Tips page.

When you receive your invite to interview, you will have the option of using our auto-scheduling tool to book in your timeslot. This gives you freedom to select a slot that works for you.
All our interview panels will consist of at least 2 members of staff, including the Hiring Manager. You will be asked competency-based questions to start discussions on how your past experience can be applied to the role you have applied for. The first stage interview will be focused on skills, knowledge, and experience required for the role outlined in the job description.
Depending on the role you may be required to prepare a presentation, take part in a skills test, or complete a psychometric questionnaire. If this applies to the role that you have applied for we will notify you in the invitation to interview.
Good luck and make sure you visit our Hints and Tips page to prepare for the interview.

You have now completed the first stage interview and we think you're great! It's time for the second stage interview and we want to dive deeper into getting to know you and what you can bring to the team. You will be closely assessed against the Arden values.
Typically the second stage interview will include the Hiring Manager and another senior manager in the business. You can expect this to last for 1 hour and will normally be conducted face to face.
Once this stage has been completed, we will notify all candidates of the outcome, and provide detailed feedback, along with advice and guidance that will explain how the decision was reached. If you are unsuccessful at this stage of our process, we would encourage you to connect with us, to ensure you hear about future opportunities.
Above all we want great people to join the business. We want you to relax and be yourself in the interview, and really try to showcase to us why you can make a difference at Arden.
Good luck and make sure you visit our Hints and Tips page to prepare for the second interview.
