We are a dynamic and diverse group of people working together to provide the best, distance and blended learning platform and programmes in the UK and Europe. We are a contemporary, entrepreneurial, fast paced, commercial, for profit university, with a head office in Coventry, plus study centres in London, Manchester, Birmingham & Berlin. Our journey began in 1990, and over the last 30 years we have continued to evolve. In 2014 we were awarded Taught Degree-Awarding Powers and in 2015 we officially became Arden University. We’re especially proud that we’re the only specialist Distance (online) Learning University to launch in the UK in the last 50 years. We have ambitious international growth plans but always with the learner at the heart of everything that we do. We believe that everyone, everywhere should be able to access education to help them progress in their career.
Around the world, a massive skills gap exists, in which millions of job openings are left unfilled because employers can’t find suitable candidates. At the same time, it is predicted that 85% of the jobs that will exist in 2030 don’t exist yet, meaning that many people risk losing their jobs or stagnating their careers due to automation, technology and out of date skills.
