The Opportunity:

We are currently recruiting for Student Recruitment Advisors to join our Student Recruitment team who focus on student recruitment for our International distance-learning recruitment team.
You will be a central point of contact to support and guide all applications through the full lifecycle of the enrolment process by providing an excellent customer service which will champion the Arden brand and university standing.
You will be advising and enrolling students in an internationally recognised and professionally endorsed UK University. You will be assigned students to support, and will have clearly set KPIs to help you achieve targets.
About You:
You are going to be a target driven individual, constantly striving to exceed the targets set for you: your ultimate goal is to achieve and exceed intake Student targets in line with policies.
You will need to be highly motivated, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build relationships with prospective students, to be able to guide them through the University admissions process.
You will be highly proficient in English along with the confident to communicate via phone, web-based platforms and e-mail. You will need to have persistence coupled with a passion for education, appreciating the student recruitment processes and experience.
You will be driven to achieve measurable results in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment. Previous sales experience in B2B or B2C sectors would be an advantage.
