Want to help us shape the future of health & care education? At Arden University we are looking for dedicated Lecturers to join our School of Health & Care Management at our London study centres.
In this role, you will primarily teach undergraduate programmes, helping to develop the next generation of health & social professionals. You will deliver engaging and innovative teaching sessions, develop and enhance curriculum content, and provide academic support to students, fostering a positive learning environment.
You will also be involved in assessing and evaluating student progress, offering constructive feedback, and collaborating with colleagues to improve teaching practices.

About You:
We are looking for people with a Master’s Degree or equivalent professional qualification in a subject relevant to health and care management. Experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
You will also have a recognised HE teaching qualification and/or Advance HE Fellowship at FHEA/SFHEA level, or be committed to achieving this within 12 months of appointment. You should possess excellent analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a knack for contributing to course or method improvements.
