Important:
For this role we will require the successful candidate to live near one of our UK Study Centres as there will be an expectation to be on site at least one day a week during study blocks
We are open to discussing the possibility of reduced hours, flexible start and finish times, compressed hours or a job share. Please talk to us at interview about the flexibility you need and we will explore what’s possible for the role.
The Opportunity:

Working as part of Arden’s Careers and Employability team you will engage with national and international graduate recruiters as well as SMEs, Public Sector Organisations and Not for Profits local to Arden’s UK Study Centres.
You will design, co-ordinate and deliver a wide range of employer engagement activities and events to facilitate contact between students and employers to provide them with an insight into the world of work, broaden their horizons and enhance their employability skills.
You will maximise student participation by ensuring the opportunities are engaging, relevant and accessible to our areas of study and our Arden University student cohorts.
About You:
We are looking for a dynamic candidate who excels in engaging with employers through various channels including email, telephone, and social networking tools. Your up-to-date knowledge of graduate employability issues, coupled with a proactive approach to problem-solving, will be invaluable in identifying innovative solutions.
You will have strong presentation and negotiation skills as well as experience in project management, particularly in fast-paced environments, demonstrating your ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
