This role operates on a hybrid working arrangement that will require 1 days travel into our Coventry head office every 2 weeks.
This may fluctuate in line with business requirements.
Our working model arrangements are a non-contractual benefit so please note that an Arden work location is added to our employment contracts.

About our Department:
The Quality (Partnerships) Team ensure the quality assurance and enhancement of our domestic and international Education Agents as well as our Trans National Education (TNE) partners. We are a friendly team of four who work remotely and meet on a fortnightly basis at our Head Office in Coventry.
About the Opportunity:
Due to an increase in the volume of international agents recruiting students to our Berlin and UK campus we have a need for Quality Administrators to assisting the Quality Officer for Agents assessing application documentation submitted by prospective education agents to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal due diligence requirements and relevant regulatory frameworks (including AQF standards).
In addition to onboarding new Education Agents you will conduct refreshed due diligence checks on existing Education Agents to ensure compliance. The role will work closely with our legal and commercial teams in order to be both responsive and compliant with the business needs.

Enjoys working with data and documents, spotting issues, patterns or risks that others might miss
Communicates clearly and confidently, whether that’s writing feedback or working with colleagues across different teams
Takes ownership of their work, using their initiative to follow things up and keep processes on track
Is comfortable in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift, and deadlines matter
Works well with others and builds positive relationships, while still being confident to make objective, evidence-based decisions
Is confident using systems and tools like Microsoft Office, and happy to learn new ones
Understands the importance of confidentiality and handling sensitive information with care

Have experience in an administrative, quality, or compliance role (ideally in education or another regulated environment)
