This role operates on a hybrid working arrangement that will require regular travel into our UK Arden locations when required. Travel each week will fluctuate in line with business requirements.
Travel will be required into the following locations:
- Coventry head office
- Birmingham campus
- Leeds campus
- Nottingham campus
- Manchester campus
- London area (Tower Hill, Holborn & Ealing)
Our working model arrangements are a non-contractual benefit so please note that an Arden work location is added to our employment contracts.

Arden’s newly created Global Development Office is responsible for driving the international agenda within the institution, with a focus on international student recruitment and partnerships. The Global Development Office, is structured into 4 intertwined areas: -

About the Opportunity:
Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual with a passion for international education? Join Arden University's Global Development Office as our new International Administrator!
About You:
We are seeking a proactive and professional International Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our dynamic Global Development Office. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in enabling Arden’s international growth and supporting international students.
Essential requirements:
- Deliver a comprehensive range of administrative services across international operations.
- Coordinate and manage UK and international travel for staff, including visas and accommodation. Prepare promotional materials and arrange freight for overseas events and exhibitions.
- Process and track agent/partner commission claims and maintain accurate financial records.
- Provide support in training international agents and partners on university systems.
- Liaise with internal departments, overseas representatives, and service providers.
- Organise meetings, record minutes, and coordinate diaries.
- Assist with event planning and support for international visitors.
- Experience in administration or a customer service role (education or international environment desirable)
- Excellent organisational, communication, and IT skills (Microsoft Office).
- Capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- A team player with a flexible, can-do attitude
- Willingness to occasionally travel overseas and work weekends/evenings if required.
