This role operates on a hybrid working arrangement. You will be required to come into our Prague office at least once every couple of months.
This may fluctuate in line with business requirements. Our working model arrangements are a non-contractual benefit so please note that an Arden work location is added to our employment contracts.

About our Department:
The Student Recruitment department at Arden University is responsible for attracting and enrolling prospective students across a range of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.
They engage with potential students through targeted marketing campaigns, outreach events, and partnerships to ensure individuals receive the information and guidance needed to make informed decisions about their education. The team works closely with academic and support departments to provide a seamless and supportive admissions journey, helping students take the next step towards their future.
About the Opportunity:
The Education Advisor supports prospective students in line with Arden University’s admissions policies and is responsible for the following:
- Acting as the primary point of contact for leads and applicants, guiding them through the enrolment process while delivering high-quality customer service that represents the Arden brand
- Ensuring the successful enrolment of new students in accordance with university policies and values
- Meeting daily performance targets (calls, tasks, emails, etc.) as set by the Team Leader or Line Manager
- Working proactively to achieve student intake targets set by the Line Manager or Team Leader
About You:
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Education Advisor with experience in working in a fast-paced environment.
Essential requirements:
- Degree qualified or/and relevant work experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, e-mail, Teams and the web
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn and develop in the role
- Sales, Advising, consultancy experience
Desirable requirements:
- Previous experience in a sales, recruitment or admissions role, preferably in a Higher Education setting
