This role operates on a hybrid working arrangement that will require 4 days travel into our Tower Hill and Holborn campuses. This may fluctuate in line with business requirements. Our working model arrangements are a non-contractual benefit so please note that an Arden work location is added to our employment contracts.

About our Department:
The successful candidate will join our dynamic and growing academic team in the Department of Supply Chain and Project Management, supporting the delivery and development of our undergraduate, postgraduate, and degree apprenticeship programmes. We deliver a broad range of undergraduate, postgraduate, and degree apprenticeship programmes designed to prepare students for the demands of today’s global supply chains and project-based environments. Our teaching combines academic rigour with real-world relevance, covering key areas such as logistics, procurement, sustainability, digital innovation, and project leadership. By working closely with employers and industry partners, we ensure our students gain the knowledge, confidence, and practical experience they need to succeed in their chosen careers.
About the Opportunity:
This Lecturer in Project Management and Supply Chain will report to our Head of Department for Project Management and Supply Chain. You will:
- Deliver engaging and dynamic lectures onsite and online as required
- Take on module leadership, ensuring consistent quality and development of learning materials and schemes of work.
- Oversee assessment marking, create authentic assessments, and provide high-quality feedback.
- Lead or support the creation of new programmes and refresh existing ones to align with industry trends and employer requirements.
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide academic advice and support to students.
- Drive innovation in teaching methods, student support, and assessment techniques.
About You:
We are particularly looking for someone who is able to bring to life the latest industry practice for our students. You will have a sharp focus on all aspects of excellent teaching, learning and student experience and will contribute to the Department's partnership and knowledge exchange activities. You will also provide support to our collaborative partners internationally.
You will need to be able to demonstrate you can teach at least one of the following:
- Project Management
- Supply Chain Management.
Desirable:
- Applications from candidates with PhD (or close to completing their PhD) or equivalent degree are particularly welcome.
- Candidates holding professional body membership or qualifications, such as from CMI, CIPD, APM, CIPS, CILT, CIM, are particularly welcome to apply.
