These roles operate primarily on a remote working arrangement that will require little to no travel into an Arden Location. Our remote working arrangements are a non-contractual benefit so please note that an Arden work location is added to our employment contracts.

About our Department:
The Student Experience team is dedicated to supporting and empowering students throughout their journey at Arden. We provide wellbeing support, academic guidance, career development, and engagement initiatives, ensuring every student feels connected and equipped for success. Our focus on innovation and continuous improvement helps create an inclusive and enriching learning environment.
About the Opportunity:
Our Outreach and Engagement Officers play a vital role in supporting student success by proactively reaching out to those at risk based on engagement metrics. Through targeted outreach calls, they introduce students to Success Coaches and support services, helping them get back on track with their studies. Acting as the first point of contact, they provide guidance, promote available resources, and ensure every student feels supported on their academic journey.
About You:
We looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
- Strong workload planning and prioritisation skills, with the ability to gather and analyse information from multiple sources.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to handle complex documents clearly and concisely.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, including scenario planning.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment, using initiative under time pressure.
- Proficiency in IT systems, including SharePoint, Office 365, and Microsoft packages.
- Confidence in attending meetings, taking detailed notes, and managing action points effectively.
- A collaborative and approachable working style, able to engage with colleagues and external stakeholders.
- Self-motivation, initiative, and ambition to drive success in the role.
