About the Student Experience Department:
This role sits within the broader Student Experience department, dedicated to ensuring an excellent student journey throughout the student lifecycle at Arden, from application and admission though to graduation.
This role sits within Wellbeing Services, a key area of the Student Experience department. Wellbeing Services includes Disability and Accessibility and Mental Health and Wellbeing support for Arden Students.

About the Opportunity:
We are looking for someone who is passionate about supporting students with a broad range of needs, such as specific learning differences, medical conditions or physical disabilities.
You will be someone who aims to go ‘above and beyond’ to deliver an exceptional service, recognising that a personal, friendly, approachable interaction is always expected.
This role is based on campus.
About You:
To be successful as a Disability and Accessibility Advisor you must have:
- Considerable experience in supporting a range of students/customers with diverse needs, including disabled students.
- A passion for helping people to succeed, and a willingness to learn new skills and knowledge in order to do this.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work under pressure and prioritise and organise a varied workload.
- Experience and understanding of disabilities is important but full training and support will be given to candidates with exceptional relevant student support experience.
