About the Opportunity:

We are looking for passionate digital learning specialists to enhance digital literacy across Arden University. In these roles, you will work closely with academics, business professionals, the Digital Learning Team, the Centre for Excellence in Learning & Teaching, and the Learning Success Hub to:

• Deliver targeted digital skills training to empower staff with effective e-learning tools.
• Create engaging, interactive, and accessible learning resources using Microsoft 365, Moodle, Mentimeter, Padlet, and immersive technologies.
• Facilitate communities of practice to encourage collaboration and innovation in digital learning
• Provide technical support and guidance to enhance engagement with a range of digital learning platforms.
• Support the integration of technology into teaching to enhance student engagement, retention, and academic success.

About You:

We are looking for dynamic and innovative professionals with:

• Proven experience in designing and delivering digital skills training for diverse audiences.
• A high level of proficiency in core online learning tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, Moodle) and advanced platforms (e.g., Mentimeter, Padlet, immersive technologies).
• Experience in creating engaging learning resources, including interactive, multimedia, and gamified content.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to resolving user challenges.
• A track record of facilitating and building communities of practice around digital tools and pedagogies.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with academic and professional teams.
