About the Opportunity:

You will be part of our People Services Team, who deliver a first line response for people queries, administer colleague lifecycle events and manage routine case work. We are looking for an experienced generalist HR Coordinator to provide a wide range of administrative support to these processes. You will be a first point of contact for queries, and will ensure that managers follow HR policies and procedures. 

** You will be based in our Coventry Head Office once a week.

About You:

You will need to have experience of providing first line advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high degree of accuracy. You will have excellent customer care skills with a passion for providing high levels of customer service, and have a proactive approach whilst being happy working on your own initiative. You will need to embrace new technology, and be confident using a range of different platforms. A CIPD qualification would be an advantage.
