Additional Benefits: If you are based in London, you will receive an additional £4,000 London Weighting per annum on-top of your base salary.

About the Department:
Our Student Services function at Arden University is dedicated to delivering an outstanding student experience across all campuses. Led by the Director of Campus and Student Services, the team ensures a seamless, supportive, and engaging environment for both domestic and international students.
About the Opportunity:
We are looking for an experienced student services professional to lead the delivery of an outstanding campus experience. This role will be collaborating with academic and operational leaders, and oversee Student Hub teams, support student transitions, and ensure seamless, high-quality services across all campuses.
As a key member of the Senior Management Team, the Director will drive strategic improvements, manage campus facilities, and shape policies that enhance student life. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on student engagement and success.

About You:
You will be a strategic and dynamic leader with a strong background in student services, campus operations, and team management. Here is what we are looking for:
Planning and Initiative
- Ability to make independent decisions while keeping leadership informed.
- Proven experience in planning and executing multiple work assignments or initiatives within established guidelines.
Managerial and Leadership Experience
- Managerial background with a track record of leading and motivating teams.
- Experience in recruiting, training, and developing staff.
Operational Expertise
- Hands-on experience in overseeing daily campus operations, ensuring smooth and efficient performance.
Data and Insight Reporting
- Ability to analyse and interpret data, producing insightful and visualised reports.
- Knowledge of H&S requirements, legislation, and compliance standards.
- Experience in planning and progressing work assignments or initiatives, using initiative and judgment without reliance on supervisory decisions.
Specialist Experience
- Experience in administration or management within a higher education institution.
- Expertise in student experience and student services.
- Strong understanding of academic and institutional frameworks.
- Familiarity with campus management and student support services.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory and quality standards.
