As a Student Funding Compliance Manager, you will be crucial in maintaining high compliance levels by developing and implementing robust policies, processes, and controls.
In this role, you will conduct regular reviews of activities to ensure strict adherence to SLC requirements, driving continuous improvement across our organisation. Your expertise will also be vital in providing technical guidance and support to the team, ensuring compliance with SLC policies and upholding our service standards.

What We're Looking For:
We are looking for someone who has the following experience, knowledge and skills:
- In-depth understanding of the Higher Education (HE) or Further Education (FE) sector.
- Extensive knowledge of Student Loans Company (SLC) products, processes, and services.
- Strong process management skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships, influencing both internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal communication, presentation skills, and the ability to present findings clearly and concisely.
- Experience in audit and compliance, as well as training colleagues and designing training materials.
- Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in troubleshooting data and IT systems-related issues.
- Highly organised, self-motivated, with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
