School of Psychology - MSc Business Psychology Programme Lead
We are looking for a Programme Lead for our MSc in Business Psychology, within our expanding School of Psychology. Our School has grown significantly over the last 4 years, and our journey continues. Our academic team brings together extensive experience from academia, professional practice, and industry. Our goal is to equip our students with both theoretical knowledge and practical skills, ensuring they are fully prepared for employment upon graduation.
The Role:
As the Programme Lead, you will take academic and professional responsibility for leading and developing the MSc Business Psychology programme. Key duties include:
- Ensuring student success and high levels of student outcomes
- Collaborating with colleagues within the School and across Arden University to ensure efficient and effective programme delivery
- Upholding BPS standards and maintaining accreditation for the programme
- Engaging in teaching and curriculum development to continually improve the programme
About You:
You will need to be a Chartered Psychologist with the BPS and a Full Member of the Division of Occupational Psychology and/or an HCPC Registered Occupational Psychologist. You will also need:
- Proven success in teaching, learning, and assessment in higher education
- Experience in reviewing, developing, and enhancing curriculums and programmes
- A track record of improving student satisfaction and outcomes
- Experience in the field of Business Psychology
