Why do I work in Education
To work with the younger generation to help them achieve their potential.
My Role
To monitor and oversee the delivery of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in the centre, ensuring high levels of student outcomes. This includes ensuring the successful programme delivery every study block, associated operational administration, curriculum development and quality management and enhancement in cooperation with colleagues in Germany and the UK in the academic faculties and schools. Responsible for maintaining and establishing high standards of teaching, induction of new academic staffs, lesson observations and training for new and existing staffs and developing training opportunities and programmes.
Best thing about my job
Working with talented and driven colleagues and the opportunity to interact with diverse groups of students on a daily basis and the opportunity and responsibility to affect changes that can enhance the quality of student experience.
My first job in my area of speciality
Research scientist for the 'Future-Megacities' project funded by BMBF, German Federal Ministry of Education and Research.
My favourite outside work activity
I am passionate about how we take care of our planet and vice versa and organises the Berlin Sustainability discourse forums. Aside from this, I need my occasional dose of cycling to my badminton club.
