I think working at Arden gives opportunities for progression much quicker than I may have had in many other universities. My managers over the last few years have been very encouraging in getting me apply for progression opportunities.

The Institute of Foundation Studies at Arden offered opportunities for growth throughout my time here. There are opportunities if you want them and I struggle to say 'no'!

Although the love for teaching and support students is my main motive for working here, I can’t ignore the vast array of opportunities I’ve been afforded through working here too, so if you’re ready for a new challenge, I’d definitely recommend considering working for us.

Since I demonstrated interest in progressing my career within the TA team, everyone in the team have been really supportive. My colleagues have put time aside of their diaries to go through some training with me ensuring I was confident enough to do the job myself.
