This role will require a presence of at least 4 days a week at our Stratford Campus, with 1 day working from home to suit the student timetable. You maybe required to be on campus 5 days a week in some cases, based on teaching and meeting requirements. Our hybrid working model arrangements are a non-contractual benefit which could changes at any point during your employment, so please note that an Arden work location is added to our employment contracts.
Travel will be required into the following locations:

About the Opportunity:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Lecturer in Digital Marketing to join our Department of Marketing. The successful candidate will contribute to teaching across undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, delivering engaging, research-informed and industry-relevant learning experiences.
About You:
You will support curriculum development, module leadership, student supervision and assessment, while contributing to research, knowledge exchange and external engagement activities.
Essential requirements:
Degree and/or postgraduate qualification in Digital Marketing or a related discipline.
PhD completed, near completion, or significant industry experience in Digital Marketing.
Experience of teaching or training in higher education and/or relevant industry practice.
Ability to deliver innovative teaching using blended and technology-enhanced learning approaches.
Strong organisational, communication and teamwork skills.
Candidates holding professional body membership or qualifications, such as from DMI, CIM, UX Design Institute, CMI would be preferred or willing to work towards.
Desirable requirements:
Experience of teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
Fellowship of Advance HE (or willingness to achieve).
Experience of module or programme leadership.
Research, consultancy or knowledge exchange experience.
Familiarity with virtual learning environments such as Moodle or Blackboard would be advantageous.
