What You’ll Do
As a Lecturer in Computing, you’ll:
- Bring tech concepts to life through engaging, practical sessions (in person and online)
- Lead and design modules that stay ahead of industry trends
- Deliver real-world assessments with meaningful feedback
- Mentor and support students as they build confidence and career skills
- Shape new programmes that keep Arden at the cutting edge
What You’ll Bring
You’re an enthusiastic educator who believes in learning by doing.
A Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Computing or a related field
1+ year’s experience teaching in UK Higher Education (or equivalent standards)
Experience designing, leading, delivering, and assessing modules
Industry experience or innovative teaching ideas
Expertise in at least three of the following:
• Programming (Python, Java)
• Databases / Networking / Operating Systems
• Data Analysis / AI / Big Data
• Cloud Computing / Cyber Security
• UX / Web Development / HCI
• IT Project Management / Digital Business / Ethics
