This is an exciting opportunity for a technically skilled developer with a passion for personalisation and marketing technology to directly influence how Arden engages with future and current students worldwide.
About You:
Essential requirements:
- Strong skills in modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalisation (or a similar personalisation/experimentation platform such as Optimizely, Adobe Target, or Dynamic Yield).
- Hands-on knowledge of CloudPages, APIs, data layers, and event tracking.
- Strong debugging and QA skills, with an eye for performance and detail.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and translate marketing briefs into technical solutions.
- Awareness of GDPR and digital privacy best practice in web personalisation.
Desirable requirements:
- Experience with React.js, Next.js, Drupal, or Headless CMS environments.
- Exposure to A/B testing frameworks and CRO methodologies.
- Familiarity with GA4, attribution modelling, and serverless/cloud-native environments.
- Previous higher education or B2C marketing experience.
