* This assignment will be on a 'worker contract'. The hours stated above are not guaranteed, and lesson allocation will be determined by the school's needs. You will be required to work as and when required for during our 9 week study block.

The Opportunity
The primary purpose as an Associate Lecturer is to deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences to students, either online or in-person, based on Arden University’s guidance. Responsibilities include preparing and delivering engaging lessons, providing proactive online support through the virtual learning environment (VLE), leading discussions, and facilitating Zoom sessions.
The role also involves monitoring student progress, offering constructive feedback, and ensuring students understand key concepts. Additionally, the contractor is expected to respond to student queries in a timely manner and escalate any issues related to content, teaching, or assessment to the module leader.
About You:
We are looking for an experienced educator to join our team in delivering high-quality teaching and learning. Applicants should have a degree (or equivalent professional experience) in a relevant discipline and experience teaching and assessing students in UK higher education, with a student-centred approach.
Experience in distance learning and up-to-date industry knowledge are essential. A teaching qualification and Fellowship of Advance HE (or willingness to work towards it) are desirable.
