The Opportunity:

We are in a really exciting phase of the growth of the Academic Services teams who support our academic faculty to provide excellent learning opportunities for our students. We are currently looking for three Academic Recruitment and Onboarding Coordinators to join our team.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment cycle for our Associate Lecturers working collaboratively with hiring managers from all schools. It will be your responsibility to engage with our talent pipeline and build a strong relationship ensuring we are taking care of our new colleagues whilst going through the onboarding process. Agile working is available, although you will be based in Coventry Head Office 2 days a week.
About You:
You will need to be pro-active, flexible, and thrive in a fast-paced environment working to tight deadlines, as well as being organised and detail orientated. Good IT skills are a must, with a particular focus on Excel, along with great interpersonal skills, as customer service will be at the forefront of everything you do.
Ultimately we are looking for someone with an energy and passion for their role, who takes pride in their work, and is flexible, positive and willing to learn. You will need to have a good understanding of recruitment and onboarding processes.
