The Opportunity:

We are currently looking for a Lecturer to join our large permanent staff team in the Health & Care Management and our dedicated Associate Lecturers.
This is an exciting time to join the Health & Care Management Team as we are continually improving the student experience, with plans to launch a new programme in 2023 (subject to revalidation). Reporting into the School’s Programme Team Leader, you will act as a positive role model for our students. You will be inspiring to create a learning environment that allows our students to thrive, feel supported and confident to achieve their goals. You will also take an innovative approach in your learning delivery, making it fun, creative and memorable.
Lecturers in the Health & Care Management team work closely with the Head of School, Senior Lecturers and Associate Lecturers to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of our foundation year programmes in accordance with university strategy, policies, and procedures.
About You:
First and foremost, you are going to be an avid professional with a background in Business and/or Health & Care Management. You will be educated to Master’s Degree or equivalent professional qualification in a subject relevant to teaching or research area. You will also be able to bring your practical experience and apply it in your teaching skills and techniques.
