The Opportunity:

We are currently looking for a Team Leader to lead our Academic Resourcing team who will play a key role in achieving our aims.
As a Team Leader you will lead the Academic Resourcing team to ensure that the University study block is fully resourced in accordance with the University requirements. You will manage the team's daily operations and ensure adherence to Arden University's policies while promoting a positive and professional culture that aligns with the university's values whilst also improving the resourcing and cover processes, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and achieve broader strategic objectives.
About You:
You will have strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently while also collaborating with others. You will also have experience in managing teams and delivering exceptional customer service to a range of stakeholders, with a proven track record of meeting targets and KPIs.
You will be able to demonstrate proven planning and organising abilities, the capacity to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines, and be able to delegate as needed. Experience working in a high-volume data processing environment is required. You will also champion continuous improvement, working collaboratively with Quality, Academic, and Professional Services staff to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the assessment production process as well as establish a positive and professional culture in line with Arden University's values.
