Hybrid role based near one of our Study Centres (Manchester, Leeds or London) with regular travel required
The Opportunity:

We are currently recruiting a Community Engagement Officer to join our Business Development team who will be responsible for planning, developing, and managing our outreach programs in target communities. This involves setting long-term and short-term outreach goals, communication, donor relationships, education of junior staff and volunteers, working with marketing, and event/project coordination.
As a Community Engagement Officer at Arden University, you will collaborate with various internal teams to ensure the effectiveness of all outreach efforts. To successfully build and execute outreach programs, you will also be required to develop and maintain positive relationships and partnerships with community centres, NGOs, community leaders, and other key stakeholders.
An essential part of the role is the ability to connect with community groups, schools and organisations where there is a need to improve awareness of Higher Education. Understanding of Arden University’s brand and portfolio will be important to be able to provide relevant information to potential customers.
About You:
We would like to hear from applicants who have;
- Experience of managing projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, e-mail and web (may include website authoring and maintenance).
- Working knowledge of relevant systems, equipment and procedures to enable investigation of issues/problems.
