The Opportunity:

We are currently looking for a Marketing Cloud Administrator to join our Marketing Team in Prague.  

You will be responsible for configuring, maintaining and driving success of Salesforce Marketing Cloud within the Arden University Salesforce environment.  

You will work collaboratively with our marketing and IT teams to develop, implement and optimize the application for enterprise-level marketing automation and communications across multiple departments.

About You:

You will need a strong technical understanding of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, and a proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly.  

You will also need a good understanding of strategic delivery of marketing personalisation, automation, AI driven marketing and integrated marketing platforms.  

You will be confident in communicating and aligning stakeholders with best-practice, and effective usage of the Marketing Cloud application suite.
