Quality Assurance & EPA Lead Co-ordinator
£40,000 -- £45,000 plus excellent
Hybrid working with base from our Coventry Head Office or one of our Study Centres -- Birmingham, London, Manchester or Leeds

Do you have an eye for Quality?
This role sits within the apprenticeships quality assurance team whose focus is to monitor and improve the quality of apprenticeship delivery. The role of the quality assurance/EPA co-ordinator will be to conduct quality assurance activities in line with the Quality Assurance Strategy and awarding organisation requirements, as well as conducting reviews of teaching, learning and assessment providing clear, constructive, supportive and timely feedback to delivery staff. We are looking for candidates who will share best practice and lead standardisation activities to enhance and develop the programme and ensure consistency of assessment decisions. The role involves working closely with the coaching, tutor and apprenticeship management team to ensure provision delivery meets internal and external KPI’s and to ensure our apprentices receive a consistent, high quality learning experience.

About You:
The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, being a strong team player who is able to pick up new systems and processes quickly. The ability to prioritise workloads to meet specific deadlines in a high-pressured organisation is key. You`ll need strong attention to detail with exceptional communication skills whilst remaining flexible with a friendly positive attitude.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to empathise, manage expectations and relate to people at all levels is key to this role.
Experience of apprenticeship knowledge is desirable but not essential.
