Based on-site at our Coventry Head Office

We are currently recruiting to a new team being set up in our Coventry Head Office, to provide a predominantly phone based support service to our students. (There may be opportunities in the future for hybrid working after a full training / probationary period.)
You will be dealing with high volumes of calls which cover a wide range of issues, and will be offering unique and innovative solutions to each problem, as well as providing some cover for response to e-mail queries and live chat. You will aim to go 'above and beyond' delivering exceptional levels of customer service to our students.
We are looking for individuals who have experience of providing outstanding customer service over the phone. You will need to have a passion for helping people to succeed, and a willingness to learn new skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must, along with the ability to prioritise and organise a busy workload. Previous experience of working in a call centre, or working in a Higher Education environment, is essential. If this sounds like you, then you are who we are looking for.
