£40,000 - £50,000pa dependent on experience, plus Excellent Benefits
Hybrid working with base from our Coventry Head Office and some travel to our UK Study Centres
The Opportunity:

We are currently looking for a Talent and Leadership Partner to join our People Team. You will be based in Coventry 1-2 days a week, with some travel to our Study Centres.
You will play a key role in developing a culture of ambition, innovation and belonging within the organisation. You will be responsible for developing and facilitating a portfolio of interventions and tools to maximise our colleague's potential, working collaboratively with the in-house talent we have to deliver a range of initiatives.
You will be part of a small team who are responsible for compliance, competence and behaviour learning and talent initiatives, and will draw on contemporary methodologies, models and thought leaders to develop great learning experiences for all. You will build long lasting relationships with stakeholders across multiple countries and functions within the organisation.
About You:
We are looking for an experienced learning and development professional who is innovative, pragmatic and resourceful, with the ability to influence at all levels. You will need to be CIPD qualified, with a coaching qualification, and familiarity with psychometric tools for development. You will have a behaviour led approach, and be confident at role modelling values and behaviours and encouraging others to follow. Proven experience of ensuring EDI principles sit at the heart of your practice will be key for this role, along with experience of working with early careers initiatives. You will need a working knowledge of the utilisation of the Apprenticeship scheme, and familiarity and use of LMS and LXP platforms.
