£30,000 -- £35,000 depending on experience plus excellent benefits.
Hybrid working with base from our Coventry Head Office or one of our Study Centres -- London, Birmingham, Manchester, or Leeds.

We are currently recruiting a Corporate Business Development Manager to join the rapidly expanding corporate team within the university; the purpose of which is to partner, provide and deliver pioneering and flexible staff development solutions to employers.
The Corporate Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving Arden University’s engagement with employers and support the new customer acquisition strategy through outbound sales, lead conversion and excellent customer relationship management. This is a unique opportunity to offer innovative employer solutions as a digital university for a modern world.
Whilst you can be based in our Coventry Head Office or any of our national study centres (London, Birmingham, Manchester or Leeds) it is anticipated that this role will include agile working with field-based sales.
Reporting to the Director of Corporate Partnerships, you will be at the forefront of identifying and growing corporate revenue opportunities for the university. New revenue will be generated through both current employer relationship management and as a result of new corporate customer acquisition. You will provide a consultative service and build strong relationships with your employer customers, built on a foundation of integrity, transparency and trust. Together with the Director of Corporate Partnerships you will present effective solutions and quotes for employers to further develop their employees through Arden University programmes, to budget and to meet their business needs.
This role plays a key part in achieving Arden University’s Corporate Strategy and associated revenue targets.
About You:

It is essential that you have excellent communication skills along with the ability to successfully relationship manage accounts in order to develop scalable and deliverable training programmes to suit their business needs.
A demonstrable ability to work to tight deadlines in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment is also key to this position. You will provide a consultative service and build strong relationships with both external and internal stakeholders, built on a foundation of integrity, transparency and trust.
