The Opportunity:

We are looking for a skilled administrator to join our Payment Plans Team. You will be the first point of contact for administering all payment plans to enable our new and existing students to progress with their studies.

You will work closely with other teams in the finance department to support a variety of queries from both self-funding students and those on payment plans. You will also work with student recruitment teams, supporting new student enrolment.
 

About You:

You will have a comprehensive background in administration and be familiar with working in a compliance and regulated environment. Naturally, with this experience, you will have excellent attention to detail, be familiar with all Microsoft packages including Excel, and have strong organisational and prioritisation skills. You will be able to cope under the pressures of working to deadlines and be compliant in the delivery of your work.

We are looking for someone who will take ownership for the processes we have in place, with an eye for process improvement.
