The Opportunity:

As a support assistant you will be responsible for supporting the Business Development Executive (BDE) to account manage and grow the agents providing students to Arden University.

You will be expected to deliver a high level of customer service whilst responding to and assisting agents with all queries. To take full ownership for resolving enquires from potential students and ensuring that all correspondence is sent to agents/students in a timely and accurate manner.

About You:

We would like to hear from you if you are driven by working to and wanting to exceed targets, while ensuring maximum satisfaction with the service you provide to our agents and students. You will have experience of working in a targeted sales environment and like the responsibility of scheduling and administering interviews for prospective students.
