The Opportunity:

As a Credit Controller, you will support and carry out core financial operations and administrative tasks that includes working closely with the Accounts Receivable team.

You will also assist the management of debt recovery by supporting students on credit control related matters and by taking a proactive approach to cash collection.

Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• On an operational level, support and carry out a range of financial and administrative related tasks to facilitate the smooth running of the Finance department
• Issue of reminder/follow up communications to student
• Supporting students on credit control related matters.
• Assist with managing the debt recovery for Arden University through overseeing the communication and collection of fees from student clients by taking a proactive approach to improve cash flow
  

About You:

We would like to hear from you if you have experience of working within systems and processes to record financial transactions, have a basic understanding of accounting knowledge particularly the credit control cycle and can demonstrate strong IT skills including the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word and particularly Excel.
