We are currently recruiting an experienced Principal Data Analyst to lead on and leverage Salesforce CRM data and manage the Salesforce Einstein platform for our Student Experience team. You will be driven to optimise service delivery through data, bring transparency to service performance, and implement robust reporting and forecasting solutions for a range of service teams whilst working within Arden’s reporting frameworks.
Engaging with a variety of teams to understand their specific information needs, ensuring best practise in data handling and transformation, to produce operational and strategic reports. You will configure and drive the use of Salesforce Einstein to optimise and enhance service performance, as well as delivering strategic insight together with managing relevant databases and ensuring information is accessible to those who need it.
We would like to hear from applicants who have extensive experience of leading data analysis programmes or projects, an excellent understanding of the principles and practices of data modelling and forecasting as well as a deep and current PowerBI knowledge. You will also have an appreciation of the wider O365 toolset as well as proven analytic system configuration and use - including predictive/forecast modelling - and knowledge of a range of ETL and analytical tools.
You will have experience working with large and multisource datasets, with an understanding of CRM systems, as well as experience of developments in the use of service data for operational optimisation.
Excellent technical and communication skills are a must as you will be interacting with stakeholders throughout the University. Able to lead by example, work independently (at times under pressure), and to tight timescales and your work should be of a high standard with great attention to detail.
Please note that current and extensive Power BI and CRM experience is essential for this role.
