£70,000 - £85,000pa plus Excellent Benefits
Based on-site at our Head Office in Coventry with hybrid working available

This role will initially help to shape the foundation and direction of the People Partnering and People Services team through leadership, development, and engagement. In addition, the incumbent will be accountable for providing development and delivery of a number of key people projects working closely with the Chief People Officer. This role will be based on site 1-2 days a week.
We are a rapid growth high scaling operation and need someone who can demonstrate relevant experience in this area, along with excellent people management skills, and good analytical and project management capability. You need to have a wide breadth of HR skills to include an understanding of the payroll function, as well as business partnering and a range of HR systems.
