HR Shared Services Manager
£40,000 - £47,000pa plus Excellent Benefits
Based in our Coventry Head Office with some hybrid working

We are currently looking for an HR Shared Services Manager to join our People Services team, who provide support to our colleagues both in the UK and abroad. The position will be office based 2-3 days a week.
Reporting to the Head of People Services, the HR Shared Services Manager will lead the Advisory and Support Team, made up of Advisors and Coordinators who deliver a first line response for people queries, administer colleague lifecycle events and manage routine case work. The role will have a focus on leading the team to provide an excellent level of customer service to colleagues, as well as identifying opportunities for ongoing continuous process improvement to ensure we are effective, efficient, timely and compliant. This is a new role, and gives someone a chance to really shape the role as their own.
You will need to be a People Professional with a breadth of HR operational experience, having managed a busy team in a demanding and fast-paced environment. You will have experience of delivering demonstrable process and service improvements, including using systems to improve, automate and simplify. Experience of working on HR change programmes or projects focused on people processes and systems would be an advantage, as would a CIPD qualification.
