Arden University is currently implementing a new Student Records System (SRS), Tribal's SITS, with go live expected in late 2022. Arden University’s SITS Project Board have approved key roles to support the University with specialist knowledge in two main areas, development, and systems,
Your role, as SITS Systems Manager (Registry) aims to bring in the required skill sets to Arden University at a senior level to manage SITS and grow a team directly, and indirectly, who can own and enhance SITS as it and the University grow. This role will sit within Quality and Registry under the Head of Student Information Systems. Unlike legacy systems SITS will be supported by a team who have the skills and expertise ‘in-house’ to make minor amends and improvements to the system without IT Development resource. Larger changes will be jointly managed with IT Development via our change control process and post go-live by the SITS Management Board which this role will be a member of.
This is an exciting role which offers the chance to be a key member of the SITS team to help design, build, maintain and grow the new SRS in SITS.
The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, be a strong team player who is able to demonstrate extensive knowledge and experience of working with and developing the Tribal SITS system. You will also have an excellent understanding of SRL Syntax and Tasking/Vistas for SITS/e: vision development.
You will be results driven and have a background of working in Higher education and understanding of the Student lifecycle.
Excellent planning and organisational skills are essential with the ability to prioritise workloads to meet specific deadlines in a high-pressured organisation. You`ll need strong attention to detail with exceptional communication skills whilst remaining flexible with a friendly positive attitude.
