Role: IT Security Manager

Salary: £43,000 - £47,000

Based in our Coventry/Warwick Head Office

The Opportunity:

We are looking to take our Information Security to the next level by introducing a new dedicated role to oversee the strategy and implementation of Arden’s Information Security Management System (ISMS) and standards compliance. Working with an expanding IT Operations team, our Data Protection Officer and reporting to the Head of IT Operations you will lead the ongoing development of our security controls and risk management framework to help us achieve Cyber Essentials Plus certification and beyond.

About You:

You will be an ambitious information security professional with a strong technical background relating to security systems. You will have experience in working with key business and technical stakeholders to ensure that an effective balance between security controls and business need is maintained. You will have experience of defining and implementing effective risk and compliance management frameworks and supporting policies and have strong leadership skills to ensure IT security activities are planned and effectively managed.
