Role: Technical Infrastructure Project Manager

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000

Based in our Coventry/Warwick Head Office

The Opportunity:

This new role within the IT Operations team will oversee and manage technical projects relating to the maintenance and growth of our IT Operations. This will include the ongoing expansions of our Study Centres (London, Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds & Berlin), desktop rollouts, security improvements as well as the planning and implementation of our ongoing roadmaps relating to core infrastructure as we continue to grow our business internationally. You will report to the Head of IT Operations and work closely with the wider IT Operations team to effectively coordinate required activities. You will liaise with the Project Management Office for standards and reporting purposes to ensure visibility of plans, risks and issues relating to IT led projects.

About You:

You will have a strong track record of applying Project Management techniques to technical change initiatives and will have come from a technical background with good knowledge of end user compute environments, IT networks, data centre services and telecoms as there will be the need for some “hands-on” activities. You will be as comfortable liaising with business stakeholders as you are with technical teams to ensure that business needs are factored into our plans and that effective communication is always achieved. You will be willing to travel
