Role: Infrastructure Engineer

Salary: £38,000 - £43,000 plus excellent benefits.

The Opportunity: We are growing our IT Operations team and are looking for experienced Infrastructure Engineers to help support our rapidly growing business. These new roles will provide 2nd and 3rd line support activities across a wide range of technologies (Desktop, Active Directory, Networks, Office 365, Wintel & Linux Server, Azure, AWS etc.) as well as assist with maintenance and project-based activities and we progress our cloud migration strategy and development of DevOps principles.

About You: You will be an experienced IT professional with a strong technical background gained from extensive support-based and/or infrastructure maintenance roles in distributed customer facing environments. You will be capable of supporting our Support Technicians on a day-to-day basis as well as taking ownership of underlying Problem resolution and knowledge transfer. You will be ambitious and looking to expand your knowledge and experience in utilising cloud infrastructure services (AWS and Azure) and DevOps practices to provide high-performing, resilient and scalable platforms to support business goals. You may not have all the essential skills (see Job Description) as we are looking to build a team to cover these areas, but you will have demonstrated your capacity and willingness to learn new skills and knowledge.
